  1. I agree with your comments about adiponectin. One of the best books I ever read about fat loss and nutrition was "The Pritikin Principle" by Robert Pritikin.

    He talked about the importance of not just following a fad diet, but about changing our eating habits for permanent weight loss. I think it's significant that the Pritikin Health Center in California is also one of the leading cancer treatment centers in the U.S.
