To get the maximum benefits out of the bananas you eat, read the findings of a Japanese research study from the University of Tokyo.
According to this Japanese study, fully ripe bananas produce TNF, a substance that has the ability to combat abnormal or cancerous cells. Bananas with more dark patches on its skin have higher anti-cancer and immunity enhancement qualities.
The degree of its anti-cancer potency corresponds to the ripeness of the bananas. The riper the banana, the more potent it is against cancer.

Of the 16 different types of CLA, the one which is found in beef and dairy products, identified as "cis-9, trans-11, CLA," seems to be the most potent cancer fighter in its family. It has an efficacy rate of 78% in reducing tumor growth in humans, beating the next best CLA type by 20% more. We shall be talking of this CLA type in this article.
Not a lot of people know that CLA is also found in nature, hence they have taken on the expensive synthetic CLA pills. This natural CLA form comes free with your diet and does not have any known negative side effects, such as those associated with the CLA pills. The meat and dairy products of grassfed animals, such as beef and lamb meat, whole milk, and butter, are the most abundant sources of natural CLA.

CLA pills hit the market not long after the studies showing the benefits of conjugated linoleic acid [CLA] on cancer, obesity, and diabetes came out. The supplements industry was quick to pounce on the opportunity to market CLA pills as diet supplements or as muscle builders.
Lots of people wanting to lose weight or reduce body fat have been taking expensive synthetic versions of conjugated linoleic acid. New research, however, indicates that the type of CLA in synthetic pills can do more harm than good as it may possibly cause serious side effects such as boosting insulin resistance, elevating glucose levels, and lowering good cholesterol [HDL]. Remember, I mentioned in my earlier post that there are 16 types of CLA. You won't experience above mentioned side effects with the type of CLA found in beef and dairy products.

Since the discovery conjugated linoleic acid's powerful anti-cancer property in a 1988 animal study, some studies have suggested that it might have the same benefits to humans. And it is not confined to just a variety of cancers, but to obesity and diabetes as well. Human studies have been ongoing to confirm early interesting findings about CLA. What is conjugated linoleic acid [CLA] and why is there so much excitement about it these past two decades?
Scientific interest in conjugated linoleic acid has remained high since it was discovered by a University of Wisconsin researcher in 1988 to have potent anti-carcinogenic action in an animal study involving the feeding of rats with CLA rich fried hamburgers.

The search for anti-aging solutions, or the fountain of youth, have been the rage for years, in man's desperate attempt to turn back or freeze the hands of time and delay the unsolicited visit of the grim reaper.
There have been well-publicized "breakthroughs" especially in Europe about procedures that can extend life and youth, but being expensive, they are simply not within the reach of everyone. Who would not want to look and stay younger looking for a longer period of time? Such appeal to vanity and pride has triggered the birth of a multi-billion dollar industry and the influx of anti-aging products and services to address this particular need. The appeal to vanity and longevity is so strong that the cost is often mitigated by the desire.

[I'm posting here, in its entirety, an article about the dangers of the controversial Gardasil Vaccine on the request of the author to disseminate as widely as possible this important information.]
By Jenny Thompson on 12/03/2010
It's an absolute outrage! Sixteen more deaths have been linked to Gardasil.
That brings the total deaths linked to this vaccine to more than 50. And yet somehow the medical mainstream is able to look the other way and still tout the party line that girls should be getting this shot!
